Any Bundesliga or 2. Bundesliga team that has no activity on the 4th and 5th of August, please consider the AVC Tournament 2006 in Sexbierum (Netherlands). Already three German teams will compete in our tournament, where also the top teams of the Netherlands and Belgium will play. As well teams from Scandinavia and England will compete.
The tournament is played in a competitive but relaxed atmosphere. Much of the teams use the tournament as centre point of a training camp. AVC can arrange training facilities and practice matches (against any level of opponent, premier to third division) surrounding the tournament. The tournament will be ended with a price giving party in the town hall, with all teams, with music. So after two days of competitive environment there is also place for some teambuilding. If teams have difficulties with playing two days, there is also a small change that a club only will play the Saturday. The 2004 version of AVC Tournament was won by RSC Anderlecht ( Belgium), the tournament is officially licensed by the Dutch FA.
