Danish defence holds Sweden at bay

Denmark clinched a UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship semi-final place at their Scandinavian neighbours Sweden's expense thanks to a closely-fought goalless draw.
No breakthrough
Both Sweden's previous Group A matches against Germany and Belgium had finished level but they needed victory to overtake the Danes this evening and although they pushed hard, they were unable to make the breakthrough. Denmark now meet the Group B winners on Wednesday.
